Yoshida Hamono (Kyusakichi)
Yoshida Hamono is a family business that originated from traditional village blacksmithing on Japan's Kyushu Island and is still managed by the Yoshida family. Their knives, made with ZDP-189 steel, are one of the hardest stainless steels on the market, produced by Hitachi Metals and reaching a hardness of 66/67 HRC. This ultra-hard steel ensures the blades retain their sharpness for a long time. Yoshida offers high-quality series such as ZDP-189, Super Blue Steel, and ZA-18 coated with Damascus steel.
